We want a more unbiased, more progressive, and more equal environment, which is why we have supported the Nije u redu u uredu initiative, launched by the Center for Education, Counseling and Research (CESI) and Señor. The goal of the campaign is to raise awareness of a number of deeply rooted prejudices and women's inequality in the workplace, as well as to improve the current situation. Accordingly, a petition has been launched to amend the existing provision of the Labor Act and provide pregnant women and persons exercising their parental rights with a considerably longer protection against dismissal.
